An opportunity came up through work a few weeks ago. It was a chance I never gave a second thought to until it was presented. Our corporation is creating a bank of talent to do voice over work on any of our radio stations nationwide. All we, as talent, needed to do was submit a demo of our offerings.
In the past, I have only done commercial voice over and production. This is my first attempt at station voice over. The worst thing that can happen is other Radio Programmers listen to it, point, laugh, and don’t give me any additional work. Fine. The best thing that can happen? Well, those possibilities are kind of limitless.
My good friend Shawn Abbott pieced these together and coached me through, so all credit goes to him. What do you think?
